Scholar’s Rocks Study Workshop
The 2nd Scholars’ Rocks Study Workshop was held in Newton, MA on October 2009.
Below, the participants were split into two teams to identify the most number of stones on the table. Kemin then explains why some stones are not what they appear to be.

After sixteen years as Director of U.S. National Arboretum, Dr. Thomas S. Elias retired at the end of 2009. His new book about Japanese and Chinese Chrysanthemum Stones will be publish in the Fall of this year.
